The WWIC/JJ Committee members have selected an excellent
location to make certain that participants are attracted to the vendor area and will work with you to ensure maximum participant and vendor interaction. The Exhibitors’ Reception and opening are scheduled for Sunday, October 26th from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. We are planning the following exhibitor hours:
- Sunday, October 26, 2008 - 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Monday, October 27, 2008 - 10:15 a.m. to 12 noon
- Monday, October 27, 2008 - 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Tuesday, October 28, 2008 - 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Exhibitor registration and set-up are Sunday, October 26, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. (vendors may start set-up on their own after 7:00 a.m. Sunday; please advise us if you plan an early set-up). The Exhibitor Registration form is available here: ( MS Word version , PDF version ). Please attach a business card to your registration for each member of your company who will be participating in our Conference. These business cards may be used in conjunction with your identification badges.
