The WWIC/JJ Committee members have selected an excellent location to make certain that participants are attracted to the exhibitor area and will work with you to ensure maximum participant and exhibitor interaction. The Exhibitors’ Reception and opening are scheduled for Sunday, September 19th from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. We are planning the following exhibitor hours:

Sunday		September 19, 2010		8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Monday		Continental Breakfast		7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Monday		September 20, 2010		10:15 a.m. to 12 noon
Monday		September 20, 2010		1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday		Continental Breakfast		7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Tuesday		September 21, 2010		8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Exhibitor registration and set-up are Sunday, September 19, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. (exhibitors may start set-up on their own after 8:00 a.m. Sunday; please advise us if you plan an early set-up). Please attach a business card to your registration for each member of your company who will be participating in our conference. These business cards may be used in conjunction with your identification badges.
